Mariko has some dark experiments in mind, and a monster-hunter family is just the right target. She got them in one of her labs and injected them with a highly mutagenic substance. Mother and daughter lose themselves as they transform into futanari monsters.

The themes are:

Futanari, corruption, muscle growth in massive proportions, giantess, and a lot of futanari cumshots. All that while they grow in size.
